  3. Please travel to Russia and see if it's only the military production that is pushing the Russian economy forward. You will be surprised,act like journalists and not propagandists . Indian journalists can easily travel around Russia and see the amount of construction taking place throughout Russia. You can read and listen to imf or world bank,but take advantage of position as a friendly nation and show the world what is happening on the ground in Russia.
