My take on Spörli

Inspired by the recent Spörli post I made my own simple versoon, which was enjoyed by the family

  1. Congratulations on your achievement!

With your first post on EuropeEats we’ve upgraded your status to an official chef. To reflect this, your boring old grey flair **Welsh Guest** was replaced with the elusive golden flair **Welsh Chef**.

Keep up your work by contributing quality content: it will certainly inspire others!

  2. Looks yummy – but are you sure that you don’t mean “Hörnli”? 🙂

(Hörnli = Swiss German for “little Horns”. “Spörli” I have never heard. But if anything, it’d probably mean “little Spores” or “little Spurs” ^^)

  3. That looks fantastic! Would you mind describing it a bit more, I’ve never heard of Spörli (or Hörnli lol) before – it looks somewhat like a goulash to me, but maybe with butternut squash?
