I've just seen this monstrosity, I just can't fathom why someone would create such a thing. Has anyone been in one? Is it as terrible as I imagine? I've never seen one before.

A Vauxhall Omega Estate had a baby with a Vectra. Thought it was a ute at first glance.
It’s a limo most likely used by a funeral director
That guy is after selling a lot of printers!

It’s the dredd, vauxhall VEEEEEEEEEECTRA
Could be an ex funeral car or similar. I’ve seen various car models that have been converted for this reason
Likely made by Eagle Specialst Vehicles (Smith and Sniff listeners will be very aware of them) Seems they did an Insigia version as well: [https://wilcox.uk/listing/2017-vauxhall-insignia-limousine/](https://wilcox.uk/listing/2017-vauxhall-insignia-limousine/)
What are you on about? When you make a limo you start with a luxury, executive saloon car as a base.
You can buy a twin set. Vectra Hearse and Vectra Limo for just £7500……
It’s just a car used for funerals, do you not go outside? Or are you only driven around in lambos.
Say what you will about Vauxfail but those Vectras are rather comfy to be in as passengers. Granted, generally whenever I was inside one it was a taxi, and I was usually either drunk or stressed needing to get to an airport, but they do a good job being a comfy saloon that devours mundane miles in absolute indifference.
Boss minicab
It’s a glitch in the Matrix. Come back tomorrow and it will be fixed.
FIND ANOTHER!!
While the Vectra itself was a pretty naff car, this is likely to be a decent piece of kit.
Top end engine- power needed to haul the extra weight about- stiffer suspension for better handling, full leather interior, full electric windows, dual zone climate control and pretty much all the toys available, plus a full service history and an immaculate interior. Eight seats, big boot space and, most importantly, that sweet glass partition so you and the Mrs can drive in peace while the kids scream and shout in the back seats.
Apart from a bigger turning circle, it’ll still shift and will hold its value better than a standard Vectra of a similar age. Can be driven on a standard UK licence too.
The part that confuses me the most is that it has 3 doors per side
A skint council mayor’s motor
I was always kinda fascinated by these kinda “limos” when I was a kid. (Always was a sucker for the old school American Towncar-style limos)
