  1. If only they did a civilian version like most Swedish boats; the coolest boat around with soft furnishings and custom build
What’s not to love- Ikea boat edition

  2. The issue is Ukraine may get delievery of them and start training crews in Sweeden with them. But they will never be used in combat. Why? Turkey. They're blocking any and all vessels that belong to Russia or Ukraine from going through the Dardanelles. This includes the mine sweepers that the UK have given Ukraine. They're fully manned with trained Ukrainian crews but they're currently stuck in Scotland not able to be used.

    Clearly, it's a great platform for marines… 🌊
πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ SAAB makes practical, no-nonsense military hardware that is robust & reliable, like all other Scandinavian countries.
    – It's hardwired in their DNA…
    Thanks for sharing,
    Skol! 🍻

  4. The need for Littoral combat and the associated equipment is increasing, there is less need for deep water fleets anymore unless you are a superpower needing to respond globally. Warfare is an ever-changing function of politics.

  5. I like that remote weapons station. It would have been nice in Vietnam. On PBRs the enemies plan was always to get the machine gunners first. Especially the bow twin 50s. Nice to see the American M-2 50. It make me wonder how many exist in the worlds' militaries. Apparently Browning knew how to design.
