leadership Network she’s joining us from Washington DC thank you so much for joining us on Ron and welcome to the show it appears that NATO leaders are reaffirming their commitment to Ukraine with a promise of additional military aid as well as Weapons what are your thoughts on this and how do you see these developments well thank you very much for inviting me on I’m here at the NATO public forum which gathers about 600 experts to come and listen to leaders who are popping in and out the summit next door and it is really interesting you to hear the perception that that you are articulating that not enough is being done to prepare for peace and the perception that spending more on militaries is about preparing for war it seems slightly different standing here the way it is being articulated is very much natal countries thinking that they don’t have a choice a lot of people are saying the only language that Russia understands is power and they are arming to defend natal territory rather than to attack but of course in this world where people in different places perceive things so differently it is very easy for one man’s defense to be perceived by another as preparing for aggression so I do agree that finding more communic challeng is extremely important one of the things we been talking about here is the recent visit of Oran to Moscow uh and how it makes no sense to leave these contacts to somebody that is going with one country’s agenda you know one of the ways to actually have a more constructive multilateral dialogue really the way it seems from here it’s about defense it’s not about attack very interesting and following up on uh your analysis do you think that NATO member states are prioritizing military aid over diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict well NATO is originally a military Alliance although it has a political element it does have political meetings but at the end of the day it is an alliance that is focused primarily on defense and terrist while you need also to look at the UN the organization for security and cooperation in Europe which is unfortunately not very active at the moment and also the European Union uh for and bilateral countries for more diplomacy there has been recently a summit in Switzerland which did not include Russia but which was designed to try to get more countries on the same page to think about negotiate sett we look like the problem is still about territory and it’s about trust so in territory there is a sense among naal countries even a country like turkey that otherwise is quite good relations with Russia but it’s dangerous uh to se territory to Russia because it might take more and that’s what also brings us to trust that I think both Russians and people in NATO are quite skeptical that if a peace agreement is reached that it will last so again a lot of to talk here is about giving security guarantees to Ukraine but that’s also important you know if there was to be some kind of peace agreement to make sure that whatever was agreed became stable because around the world we often see examples where peace agreements are reached but then not implen it so how to implement them you know at a time when there’s very little TR in international law and international okay well we’ll be watching watching it very closely we do know that President Biden in just a few hours from now will be meeting with Ukrainian president vlir zalinski I’m sure we’ll get a lot more news coming out of that meeting and I really look forward to speaking to you again more on militaries is about preparing for war it seems slight different standing here the way it is being articulated is very much natal countries thinking that they don’t have a choice a lots of people are saying the only language that Russia understands is power and they are arming to defend natal territory rather than to attack but of course in this world where people in different places perceive things so differently it is very easy for one man’s defense to be perceived by another as preparing for aggression so I do agree that finding more communication channels is extremely important one of the things we been talking about here is the recent visit of Victor Orban to Moscow uh and how it makes no sense to leave these contacts to somebody that is going with one country’s agenda what are the ways to actually have a more constructive multilateral dialogue really the way it seems from here it’s about defense it’s not about attack very interesting and following up on uh your analysis do you think that NATO member states are prioritizing military aid over diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict well NATO is originally a military Alliance although it has political element it does have political meetings but at the end of the day it is an alliance that is focused primarily on defense and the terror while you need also to look at the UN the organization for security and cooperation in Europe which is unfortunately not very active at the moment and also the European Union uh for and bilateral countries for more diplomacy there has been recently a summit in Switzerland which did not include Russia but which was designed to try to get more countries on the same page to think about like future negotiate we look like the problem is still about territory and it’s about trust so territory that is a sense among natal countries even a country like turkey that otherwise has quite good relations with Russia that it’s dangerous uh to seed territory to Russia because it might take more and that’s what also brings us to trust that I think both Russians and people in NATO are quite skeptical that if a peace agreement is reached that it will last so again a lot of the talk here is about giving security guarantees to Ukraine but that’s also important you know if there was to be some kind of peace agreement to make sure that whatever was agreed became stable because around the world we often see examples where peace agreements are reached but they’re not influenced so how to implement them you know at a time when there’s very little TR in international law and international okay well we’ll be watching very closely we do know that President Biden in just a few hours from now will be meeting with Ukrainian president vlir zalinski I’m sure we’ll get a lot more news coming out of that meeting and I really look forward to speaking to you again very soon thank you so much for joining us on real the fear of a renewed Cold War looms large as the United States and Russia are engaging in some pretty dangerous games of brinkmanship at the recent NATO Summit in Washington the United States announced plans to deploy long range missiles in Germany and our next story gets you more details the chasm is widening between NATO and Russia in fresh escalatory moves the US declares its intention to station long range missiles in Germany by 2026 the announcement coming at the NATO 75th Summit in Washington underlines the NATO’s commitment to European Defense and its deter mination to counter the Russian threat the long range missile deployment comes years after the 1987 intermediate range nuclear forces treaty was dissolved in 2019 Moscow has vowed to respond in kind calling the Western Alliance an inherently hostile [Music] entity this is aimed against us of course we must be aware of this but there’s no reason for nervousness or any alarm because we began to prepare for such a development a long time ago the aggressive course of the United States and the North Atlantic Alliance led by Washington is not changing but we cannot be intimidated we’ll find a response Russia has repeatedly expressed concern about the potential for NATO military infrastructure and troops to be stationed on Russia’s doorstep Moscow has used this perceived threat to justify its invasion of Ukraine a country located between Russia and NATO members signaling a new arms race President Vladimir Putin says Russia should resume the production of intermediate and short-range nuclear capable missiles he hinted at deploying right we move further from a US intelligence officials have claimed to uncover a Russian plot to assassinate the CEO of German arms manufacturer now the German arms firm has been manufacturing artillery shells and military vehicles for Ukraine the report which was assessed it was accessed by the New York Times and CNN cited five unidentified us and Western officials for the information the intelligence officials said the plot to assassinate Ram metal CEO Armen Pepa was averted as us shared timely inputs with Germany us officials further added that German officials German Security Services were able to protect the German Arms Company answering a question on the CNN report the outgoing NATO Secretary General Yen stoltenberg said that there had been a Russian campaign of hostile Acts against NATO which had only led to allies stepping up support for Ukraine Yan stoltenberg was speaking at NATO Summit in Washington what I can say is that we have seen a pattern a Russian campaign organized by the security services uh to conduct hostile actions against NATO allies across the lines with sabotage attempts with cyber attacks with arson with different types of of hostile actions against NATO allies and these are not Standalone incidents these are part of a pattern part of a ongoing Russian campaign and the purpose of this campaign is forc to intimidate uh NATO allies from supporting Ukraine as per the report the plan to assassinate Ryan metol CEO was discovered earlier this year it also said that the plan to execute the CEO was part of Russia’s larger plans to Target defense industry Executives across Europe the report alleged that those European arms manufacturers who have been aiding Ukraine’s war effort were earmarked by Russia so as the war in Ukraine enters into a new phase the introduction of the F-16 fighter jets has sparked intense debate amongst many military strategists some have hailed it as a potential Game Changer now others are cautioning against the overestimating of its impact let’s in fact dellve into the complexities of this development and also its implications in the ongoing Conflict f-16s for Ukraine are they a silver bullet or a false hope the arrival of F-16 fighter jets in Ukraine is a hard one victory for president zinski as his country battles the Relentless onslaught of the Russian air [Music] strike I can’t share the route of F-16 Jets when we see them in Ukrainian skies I think all the questions will be answered there are two moments of principle here first we promise that in summer of 2024 f16s will be fighting in Ukrainian Skies This Promise is fulfilled but will these Jets be the game Cher for Ukraine or simply another piece in a complex aerial chess board while the Roar of the f-16s will undoubtedly boost Ukrainian air power these sophisticated war machines are not fail safe weapons the skies above Ukraine are about to witness a clap of titans the f-16s will face off against Russia’s formidable suco su27 su3 and Su 35 Fighters one of the primary advantages of the f-16s is its potential to enhance Ukraine’s ability to counter Russian air strikes with their Advanced avionics and weapon systems these Fighters could potentially deter some of the devastating attacks on civilian infrastructure that have become become a constant feature of Russia’s campaign however the effectiveness of the f-16s will be tested against Russia’s formidable suco fighter jets including the su27 s30 and S35 these Russian aircraft have proven their metal in various combat scenarios and their pilots boast extensive experience Russian media claims that specialized tactics have been developed to counter the 16 suggesting a level of preparedness for this new threat buau report we on world is one for more on the 1. It goes without saying that no one will escape unscathed, in the event of a nuclear conflagration becoming a reality ! Perhaps, the horrors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are still fresh in the public memory ! This time round, the trail of death and destruction will be umpteenth time more severe than that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki !

  2. A kid of cuddle is sucking a chocolate in front of mother. WARASA is going to wake in the Soviet Union under the leadership of the president of Soviet Union, Vladimir Putin.
