For all those saying "we have to solve immigration for house prices to come down":
A quick Google search reveals that 6.1% of all dwellings (1.5 million units of accommodation like houses which usually contain more than one household) in England in 2021 were unoccupied and close to 700,000 of those were "unfurnished and standing empty".
Stop assuming he's going to fail before he's even started! Why not help him get it right instead of talk against him? He's going to be working for you regardless.
