are they ready to shoot the water pistol to themsel as well because who’s getting the money from tourism I mean tourists go and pay I do agree on over tourism I do agree on the fact that it’s now uh very tiring to see people taking selfies always in museums everywhere that is true that is true that social media habits have now become kind of burden on us when we travel but the fact of the matter is that those making the most money out of Tourism are the people from Barcelona or I don’t know if they are from Barcelona but people who own the airbnbs and so on so so you got a problem there uh because you can’t blame the tourist without asking yourself the question am I responsible

Just more status quo BS while refusing to acknowledge … the point of protest is to PROTEST, because the people in power are not listening.
This point is the people r not benefiting from the tourism industry and all just go and stay with the super rich the owners of the business 🤷🤷🤦
Barcelona would be a far more pleasant society without the mass tourism. The locals didn't vote for the hotels that weren't needed or the restaurants that the locals never ate at. Plus, the locals would have a calmer and more tranquil society, that's the price they've paid.
