2. Although this might bring some short term performance hiccups, this seems like the right approach for us given our financial situation.

   We don’t have the resources to get top players or top promising players for latam or equivalents. We can get these youngsters and hopefully some will become our solid starters in a few years. Hopefully they let them eventually play.
