1. So? Their leaks never seem to amount to anything.

2. Ok linked 4 gb file. claim to be from 07/17.

   I guess it could be interesting if 1/real & 2/already analyzed by “experts” to know what’s really going on. Is it a just wait and see ?

   This said i guess such groups arent financial nor constable experts fluent in russian & aware of russian administration system !
