Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, June 14, for the first time publicly outlined the conditions set by Russia for ending the war in Ukraine and starting peace talks. Putin stated that Russia was willing to immediately stop combat operations if Ukraine agreed to abandon its intention to join NATO and withdraw its troops from four regions: Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia.
