Mass killer who ‘hunted’ black people says police encouraged him

Honestly it feels like I’m reading the testimony of some former SS officer. The fact that the SA police encouraged him brings up the question of how many Van Schoors were around in the Apartheid days and whose crimes were successfully swep under the rug by the authorities.
