Russia Fires “Record 132 Glide Bombs” Amid Ukraine’s “Total Shortage” Of Anti-Aircraft Weapons

Russian drones operate freely over the battlefield due to Ukraine’s severe weapon shortage, said Ukraine’s army chief Oleksandr Syrsky said on July 22. Lt. Gen. Syrsky posted on Telegram that Ukrainian forces are facing a “total shortage” of hand-held anti-aircraft missiles on his Telegram channel. The Ukrainian army reported that the Russian Air Force set a new record on July 22 with 132 glider bomb strikes against Ukrainian forces. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s national parliament has passed bills extending martial law and general mobilisation for 90 days from August 12, lawmaker Elena Shulyak said.

  1. A russian fathers daughter draw a picture of peace between russia and ukraine. The father was sentenced to prison for 6 years because he was not a patriot enough. This is common news from russia. Bots don't tell you about them. Just for uttering a word about peace between russia and ukraine you will be sentenced to prison. From the sentences it seems that 6 years is the minimum if you support peace.

  2. Scholz could partly 'solve' his problem by purchasing the Russian owned properties in eastern Germany, give some loose change to Kiev to look good [it would not be for long anyway as the regime is close to its finish] but at the same time get closer to Russia at national, not EU/NATO/western herd level and the gas Germany needs will flow. Germany has continued using German gas but via complicated tricks anyway and we all know it.
If this causes ire in the EU bureaucracies, they can go to hell because Germany is the main EU state (on paper) and runs the ECB to its own advantage. More importantly, if Germany does not get gas to save its ailing industrial economy it could actually collapse because of the supply chain tradition it has. Too many automotive component suppliers, for example, are on short time or have gone bust but if the country concentrates on heavy engineering products and projects it might just about recover. Declining standards of living in eastern Germany could be remedied by this shift, purchased Russian assets used for worker housing and Berlin could work very hard on viable energy alternatives made in Germany — such as SMRs under license from Rolls Royce at the right price. Direct electricity to the grid would also do away with lignite power stations but not necessarily end its mining because it has other uses and can be exported.
This attention to immediate base-load security would also justify renewing the transmission grid, which is patchy in the east and south. Germany needs full employment, for it will take time to rationalize the automotive industry and restore former standards at fair and above board specs and prices. The crazy rush to EV will cease and hybrids will replace them using the electric drivetrains but not the very heavy and volatile batteries. Reliable engines made mostly in the Czech Repuplic and Japan need to replace failed types in luxury cars. VW Group axed the VW UP! and Skoda Yeti MPV and have a chance to bring them back before Japan, Korea and China adapt existing models to hybrids with hydrogen and ammonia options.
Those still backing the Kiev regime by habit need to go and this includes Baerbock. Her imaginative CV was known to be dishonest and perhaps giving her the social welfare or immigration portfolio would allow proof of claimed ability.
Zhakarova missed the chance to state that Zelenskyy is not a president, that the Rada should have dissolved itself on June 1st, thus Ukraine has neither a parliament not a constitution. Perhaps the Kremlin or Lavrov will make that point in the next few hours.
Syrsky is, as usual, truthful (as was his predecessor now wasted in an office job in London). Jamming Russian drones requires portable power storage supplies which can be recharged but Russia knocks out sub-stations and pylons by routine, seldom destroying power stations per se because some are in claimed areas.
The other method of 'kamikaze drones' merely depletes AFU drone stocks. Drone factories and concealed workshops are being hit by Russian air assets and there are growing incidences of internal sabotage in some west Ukraine oblasts, Odesa, Kherson, Mikolaiv, Poltava and a string of small weapons factories many years old in the two valleys east of Dnipro city. Why else is Russia bombing that area about twice a week?
Syrsky want to save as much as the AFU as possible and that means honorable armistice to make way for initial peace talks. If deputies who signed the 'martial law' extension are put aside but sacked deputies and those who did not sign join with a cross section of ranks from the AFU, forcing Zelenskyy and the murderous militia backed regime to flee then Russia and regional neighbors could prepare substantial talks aimed at holding a full referendum under independent supervision, eventually concluding with substantive talks and an interim government of Ukraine.
But because the 1991/2 Constitution has been fractured, a republic of Ukraine and new type of general parliament needs to be established by the people of Ukraine and not just a Kiev-dominated pseudo federal one.
Opinions from fellow Black Sea states would be sought and non-Black Sea adjacent states such as Poland. There can be no place for opinions from the USA, UK, NATO or the EU and relevant states who are also members of such organizations would appear as nations only.

  3. Zelenskyy should go to jail and be send in front of international court of justice.

He send is own people to hell for money stupid bagger

  4. Stop giving proxy-zlendsky media access to lie and beg from others! President Putin is who he should speak to.
Keep in mind he says he wants peace but just extended martial law over the citizens.
