Russia has lost the entirety of trained officers and men from the initial invasion. That is the army of 140,000 that began the war. Although it has higher numbers of forces on the ground they have minimal training and amount to no more than cannon fodder. For Russia to succeed in thecwar they would need to start training each group mobilised to operate in the current battlefueld realities. Fortunately the Russian general staff are idiots from top to bottom. Any good ones have already been sacked for criticising the idiots. All a big win – win for Ukraine.
