Not funding war crimes seems a reasonable requirement to being a charity tbh
You can’t use your charity to fund other countries’ militaries. What is there to negotiate? They’ve already been warned and yet they continued to do so.
They can continue to operate, raise funds and send them to Israel. What they’re really arguing for is the right for the members to claim the charitable deductions and not to have to pay taxes, which means having the rest of us foot the bill for an organization building infrastructure for the IDF. Get outta here.
