Actually, the Russian Army is waiting to attack the F-16 Fighter Jets. The Russian Foreign Ministry has said that it will consider Ukraine F-16 Fighter Jets as a Nuclear Threat. However, Ukraine may deploy F-16 jets at Starokonstantinov Air Base due to Russian Attack. Experts believe that this airbase is perfect for the maintenance and safekeeping of F-16. Regarding this, a retired Russian colonel Viktor Litovkin told the news agency Sputnik that it seems that the Soviet-era Starokonstantinov Airfield is very well prepared to receive F-16 jets, there is not only a runway, but also a commander tower, radar station as well as small plants, which can produce high pressure air and purify aviation kerosene oil. This airbase should have hangars or storage facilities to keep ammunition, air-to-air and ground-to-air missiles, concrete hangars for the jets, so that they are not destroyed on the ground during enemy attack. All this infrastructure is present at Starokonstanov Airfield.
