2. It's too bad that the tour staff and employees hate their job so much and are so rude to visitors, that London tour guides are recommending that visiting Buckingham Palace is not worth the price or the hassle.

15. What I wonder: Are all these fine chairs, sofas, and seating arrangements at least sometimes really used by somebody? Are there at least some of the cosy fireplaces which get actually lit? Or is all of this mere decoration?
