I like the juxtaposition between The Independent’s description and imagery of an elitist, out-of-touch leader in his SUV, and the fact that Kim actually went out of his way to visit the flooded areas, personally witness what is going on and deal with the situation.
You wanted Kim to use an old Lada Niva? Would be nice. I personally would like to see him using a big soviet truck or chinese one.
