2. As usual the Atlantic Council is “Clinging” to it’s reputation as a non-state actor.

   The Democratic party is currently doing backflips to get any 3rd party candidates removed from ballots in the upcoming US election but thinly veiled US propaganda mills are always gravely concerned about small oil rich foreign adversaries suppressing democracy.
