Can somebody please translate it properly or explain what label on "the bell" was missing? It's a kleinanzeigen order if that helps.

Name on the doorbell was missing so the correct address couldn’t be found. You might be able to explain the situation and avoid it going back to sender if you call DHL.
They tried to deliver it, couldn’t find your name on the doorbell and are returning it back to the sender.
is your name on the doorbell? could it be that the sender wrote your name wrong?
