This will actually be the future. With the changes to immigration being that you have to have a ridiculous sum of money in your account it limits immigration into the country for the wealthy. As a byproduct, a lot of chef’s who will never be paid that much and thus will never meet the new requirements will not be able to legally immigrate to the country. You already see local Indian and Greek places starting to dissolve – it’s a weird thing to think about, but in a decade there won’t be these food places around, especially in the smaller villages and cities.
