  1. While the video itself may not be that interesting, its a very good example of what Ukrainians trying to defend here means when Russians are outnumbering their positions by just moving in very large groups. This happens over and over daily, and only very rarely is backed up by vehicles

  2. Yet they are crushing Ukrainian lines there. Must be those “meat-waves”…

  3. Imagine sending 30 fpv’s in line to strike each one of them at the same time.

  4. I have a legitemate question and I hope that people won’t take any offense. This sub seems to only feature footage of the Ukranians, shouldn’t a sub called r/combatfootage feature footage from both sides? Again not trying to offend anybody here, but if you are analyzing an ongoing war only through the lense of the efforts of one side this will no doubt give a very skewed image.

  5. Brilliant how they take cover only after the first FPV arrives. One would think they would advance through the treeline instead of advertising their presence. I mean meat waves are dumb enough, but this is pure stupidity

  6. This is 26 soldiers that’s an entire Russian platoon walking like they’re on their way to Gettysburg
Even during the Civil War, when there were no threats from the air, moving troops in long, exposed lines down an open road was already a poor tactic because it made them easy targets for artillery and rifle fire. But today, when aerial surveillance and precision strikes are standard. 26 men equipped with a Russian education decided to walk down a road single file in the middle of the day. Calling these people idiots, would be an insult to idiots.

  7. Russia really wants to make true the USSR idea of ‘man in front has the gun, man behind him has ammo’. Literally reminds me of watching videos of WWI where you see men crest the trench and never return.
