12. In the good old days, even the little man could bribe their local offical. All you needed was a bottle of booze a self backed cake and a bit of change and bam! You got your local policeman / burocrat in your pocket.

    Now the big firms have taken over and you need to be a millionare and have connections and hundereds of tousends of euros.
