good: looked good going forward, quick passing and movement. doesn’t hold the ball like all of our other mids love to do (pedri, gundo, fdj), so could potentially compliment them well.
bad: zero highlights of DM duties. zero breakup or interceptions in the middle of the field. Either he was so good that the ball was never passed in his zone, or he was out of position…. having watched the game last night, i’m leaning towards the latter.
