London pedicabs: Legislation consultation not due until 2025

They really seem to be dragging their feet with this.
They already have the legal powers to ban them, but they’re deciding to go through all sorts of consultations and other bureaucratic bullshit instead of actually doing things. What do these people even do all day?
These things suck but I can understand why it isn’t really a pressing legislative priority…
On the scale of the various problems we have this seems pretty small fry
Looks like the pedicab legislation is taking the scenic route through bureaucracy.
