Russia Says No Territorial Concessions As Ukraine’s July Losses “Roughly The Size Of Washington DC”

A top Russian senator ruled out any territorial concessions to Ukraine at a news conference on August 1. “The new regions are now an integral part of Russia, as enshrined in our Constitution,” Russian Federation Council Speaker, Valentina Matviyenko said.
The Russian official was referring to the so-called Luhansk and Donetsk people’s republics as well as the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions
“Our Constitution prohibits tearing any Russian territories away,” the senior Russian senator explained. “Let it be known to everybody that there can be no territorial concessions as regards the four new regions, not a chance,” she added.
Moscow held a referendum in the four Ukrainian regions in September 2022 after capturing them during its invasion. Moscow-installed officials in the regions claimed almost total support among those who took part in the votes on joining Russia
President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the four new regions signed treaties on their accession to Russia in September 2022.

    Any country that can support what America England have done in this war plus the Israel war should hold there heads in shame as they could have been prevented .

  9. It is only right for Russia not to concede any territory gained in Ukraine. War is war. Ukraine had a chance in 2022 during the early stages of the war but they blew it. They fought and they had the blood of the Russian soldiers who died fighting the war, and they, the Ukraininas, lose so, as for gambit they made, the price therein is their land. F🤬#k Zelensky!! Gullible and stupid.

  23. All terotory now part of Russian Federation! Russia had paid a lot of lives for that, also it has signed that they want to be part of Russia! Actually, Russia should take Odessa and more territories, and control Ukraine!

  25. Ukraine decided to fight a war with Russia so the nation can be accepted into NATO and be protected from war with Russia in future. Maybe the Chernobyl meltdown vastly lowered intelligence of Ukraine’s leaders. Why do I say this: If Ukraine wins this war with Russia, Ukraine doesn’t need to be in NATO. If Ukraine loses the war, the country cannot join NATO. In either scenario, starting a war with Russia is stupid idea unless the proposed war had a very high certainty of easy victory. On paper, Ukraine choosing war with Russia was a horrible idea because Russia is a nuclear armed nation with 4 times more population and many times more resources to use for war. This sounds all logical but let’s put aside the BS: Ukraine since 2014 Coup became an unofficial NATO member and the Chernobyl fallout cloud also lowered the intelligence of NATO leaders as this war has illustrated so far.

  26. Why Ukraine is worried about territories that belongs to Russian speaking Ukrainians. Just give whole East Ukraine and Odessa in good will and live peacefully.
