Romania is amazing. They’ve done a great job of improving their economy, rule of law, standard of living. They know what they have now is thanks to Pax Americana, and they will not let that Peace be lost any more than it is- they remember the Bleakness of Communism.
In that regard, they’re like Poland or Czechia. Respect to all of these nations.
Well yeah, when you aren’t constantly leaning towards Russia, you get to reap the benefits. Well done I guess.
Meanwhile in Bulgaria, like 1/4 of the parliament is in tacit (or not so) support of Russia, along the with the (p)Resident.
No visas though, but I mainly blame our corrupt politicians for that.
This isn’t a good thing. This is just where they expect the fighting to take place.
Shoutout to Romania, one of the best neighbours we have. Guys have been consistent in their support for Ukraine, have had no scandals throughout these past 2.5 years, and just quietly help us for which they don’t get enough recognition. Good thing we lost to you in Euro because you gave us a PATRIOT system for it 😀 You guys you are the best! 🇺🇦🇷🇴
I hope the best for Romania but I doubt the Americans want anything good for Europe. And I believe Europe should become self reliant.
Romania and Poland are just both in a position where they could really use the extra attention. It’s not easy having a border like that.
