Throwing a barbecue for about 15 friends and family, and hoping the mizzly rain lets up before 4pm…
Flying home from Croatia. Made it to the last day before I fell asleep in the shade and woke up … not in the shade so I am now a gorgeous cherry red down one side. Missing my dog, wanting my own bed.
On my way to Donington Park race circuit to see a bunch of 70’s and 80’s F1 cars.
I’ve had worse mornings, in fairness
No lie in as cat decided to lie on my face then knock everything off my bedside table at half 6. I’ll watch the Olympics back to back and convince myself I am an expert in all the sports. Same as I’ve done all week
It’s my dogs 4th birthday today so we woke up early to presents and now it’s off to get a couple sausage and egg McMuffins for us to eat at the beach 🙂
I’ve woken up raring to go, for a change, so I’m going to see how far it takes me. Who knows, I might even get out of bed.

It’s my daughter’s 10th birthday!!
About to go open a load of presents, go out for lunch then got 6 of her friends round for the afternoon for some chaos.

Went for my earliest ever run this morning at 6:30. I was very apprehensive because I don’t like the idea of going out on an empty stomach. But it was fantastic! Everything smelled so much nicer. Plus I feel absolutely bangin.
Tonight I’m going to my mates house to watch summerslam. Not really watched that much wrestling recently, so I imagine I won’t make it till the main event.
Meeting up with a friend for her birthday later today. She has requested a couple of bottles of homemade cordial, so I’ll be wrapping up an Iron Brew, a Cherry and a Sarsaparilla. We’re also going for lunch.
