It’s my first time buying and choosing the stamp online and then printing it on a DL envelope. I’m having doubts about the positioning of the stamp and address, as shown in the image. But that is how it always comes out when I download the sample in the Deutsche Post website. I just want to be extra sure, as the letter is very time sensitive and cannot be delayed

It’s perfectly fine. That is about the size of a window in a business envelope — not exactly the right position, but that won’t matter.
It doesn’t matter that much, I‘m pretty sure they handle much worse than that. Most people that buy stuff on my eBay can’t even put their own address correctly.
