Where to return non-german beer bottles?

Do you know where to return empty non-german beer bottles with labels like this?

I've tried putting them into the pfand machine a couple of times at different places – the machine has rejected them.

  1. Have you tried Kaufland? They usually take most bottles others don’t.

Best best is usually the place you bought it

  2. By law, every place which sells bottles of the same material has to take them back.

  3. the problem you have is that your glass bottle is marked (as per the pfand logo on the sticker) as a single use bottle.

single use bottles are usually made from plastic and not glass (glass is reserved for multi use).

so every pfandautomat will detect a glass bottle in it’s recepticle but will scan a single use code and therefore reject it.

the only options you have for this bottle are to take it to the store you bought it from to redeem your pfand or recycle it.

  4. You can also try Lidl. They mostly sell glass bottles with that deposit label, so they have tontake it back.
