People who believe all F-16s will be quickly shot down forget Ukraine has already had over 100 MiG jets since the start of the war and Russia has only been able to shoot down a few in 2.5 years.

Actually, when people ‘dismiss’ the potential of additional military assets for Ukraine they are actually concerned or trying to diminish or dismiss the impact. This is a normal reaction from the Russians who, despite having an air force has YET to dominate Ukraine skies after more than two(2) years at war. Think about it..!😊

Unfortunately for Putin, he has been struggle while Ukraine had almost no air force. So, gaining F-16s will definitely have a big impact. Especially since the NATO tactics Ukraine has been training in are useless without air support. I'm sure many will be shot down, but that they will fulfill their purpose of contesting the skies and supporting troops on the ground so Russian air power can't keep striking Ukrainian troops and tanks with near impunity.
