Iran will attack. It will look serious, but in practice the damage will vary between “none” to “light”. A bunch of their rockets will fall on other countries such as Jordan and Syria. Some will land in the ocean. The ones that are on an actual trajectory to hit a civilian area in Israel will be shot down. Israelis will get advance notice to enter their comfortable shelters. The missiles that are on a trajectory to hit Gaza or Lebanon will be ignored (because Patriot missiles are expensive). A few days later the world will forget, just like they forgot the last Iranian attack which was almost inconsequential. In retaliation, Israel will take out yet another high ranking Iranian or Hezbollah officer/general, and it all loops again.
The Iranians are crazy. They somehow think Israel can be defeated. They keep trying and failing, even though nothing seems to work. Meanwhile, people in Gaza and Lebanon die for the Ayatollah… a totally sick, depraved cycle of death.
