My opinion is neutral on these craft. I haven’t read anything explaining how it would do much. In the end, yes, everything helps. But F-16s have been hyped too much meanwhile ukranians continue to fire western payloads from older soviet craft, even stormshadows and anti-radars.
So how exactly does the F-16 change the outlook?

Zelensky really impresses me whenever I see him interacting with soldiers. He seems confident, respectful, humble, and a brother-in-arms all at once. It’s really rare to see a politician who doesn’t ooze bullshit.

If the F-16 is successful in Ukrainian service, other aircraft may be provided including F-16 directly from the USA. There are F-16 in storage in the American desert.

I love this so much. I’m fortunate enough to see F-16s fly every day and I absolutely love these jets. I’m so proud to see them facing off in Ukraine fighting for freedom and look forward to their future in that conflict. They will serve the UAF well.
I have to buy the F-16 in DCS. And get a Ukrainian skin for the plane.
I heard there are 79 on there way In total and they will have 30 by years end which is pretty good. 30 will probably almost dubble the amount of aircraft they have for air to air defence

I hope we pull our heads out of our asses and donate the 32 F-16’s blk.30 we clearly cannot afford to upgrade. Ukrainians will put them in good use protecting their homeland. Enough with this bullshit that Greeks and Russians are brothers. I would call them animals but that would be a huge insult for the animals. 🇬🇷🇺🇦
Armed with AIM-9 and AIM-120 AMRAAM these planes are going to be a serious boost in capability.
The Ukrianian airforce has been on starvation rations for months now, barely able to keep their critical ground strike platforms in the air. This will help massively
It’s the easiest NATO fighter for them to learn but also, unfortunately, the airframe least suited to their needs. Wish we could’ve gotten them a super hornet or even 15c for the radar since it’s basically all going to be BBR pot shots. Viper is still the best gun fighter on earth but the HOBS fox 2s everyone has now really limits that since they are designed for two circle rate fights
Still a welcome upgrade but I just wish we could give them what they need and have them able to operate more advanced airframes.

Strength, courage and pride in Zelensky, This conflict will weaken the russ “bear” for generations to come and serve as a warning to China to stay out of Taiwan…
