  1. This is a good cause, hopefully we see some positive results from this!

Side note – am I crazy or is the piano music at about 1:30 from something? It reminds me of the social network score

  2. As a society, our response to unlimited internet access has been absolutely deplorable. Just look at the comments under this video–faceless internet thugs leveling abuse, at Meghan specifically, during a discussion about literal children killing themselves as a result of online bullying.

Meghan using her birthday as a platform to spread awareness about this silent epidemic is just another example of how Harry and his family continues to thrive now that they have their independence.

    Happy Birthday, Meghan!!

  3. The more people who speak out against unlimited internet access, the better. I hope by the time my young son is school age, that there will be more restrictions in place, and more parents who are aware of the harm

  4. This is a wonderful cause. Kids and teens shouldn’t have smartphones or social media accounts. Research shows it’s only damaging.

But I’m curious why the Sussexes didn’t list the warning signs in teens. Did I miss something? Parents need to be “first responders” but what behaviors do they need to look for? Where’s the information?

Meghan said she hasn’t even scratched the surface in regards to her experience with suicidal ideation. I think that’s interesting and very personal.

  5. Funny to see the faces Meghan does when harry is talking or when she is interrupted… Also always clingy touching harry
