  1. Newsweek👎🏻

Their next article will be how Trump is converting Democrats at an unprecedented rate. They are playing both sides, trying to get eager clicks from everyone.

  2. “Republicans for Harris” will be infinitely more helpful to the campaign than going down the list of every ethnicity for Harris like “white women for Harris” and all that.

  3. “There is nothing ‘conservative’ about Donald Trump. Conservatives believe in the Constitution, not a ‘man’s’ ego.” Adam Kinzinger.

There’s nothing patriotic about Trump either.

Trump will sell the presidency to the highest bidder.

  4. Real patriot republicans would hold their nose and vote for Harris, kick out the MAGAs, and learn from their mistakes.

    They won’t though.

  5. Wow there are former Trump white house officials joining this, just goes to show that even the people that choose to be around him hate the guy.

  6. Why is it so is weird how only the weird people continue to follow the weird candidate? Most of the rest of us are completely exhausted by his weirdness.

As was said before, it’s Democracy or Dictatorship. VOTE. Vote against the weirdness.

  7. This is the American way. You don’t have to agree with someone’s policies to believe they are the best choice for the country.

  8. isn’t project 2025 like a republican platform for a while? it just seems like they like that but they just don’t want trump being the one

  9. This is the best tl;dr I could make, [original](https://www.newsweek.com/kamala-harris-republicans-endorse-1934338) reduced by 89%. (I’m a bot)

    > Republicans lined up to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris with a new grassroots program that was launched on Sunday.

    > "I'm committed to beating Donald Trump. The only vehicle left for me to do that with is the Democratic Party. If that requires me to vote for, speak for, or endorse Kamala Harris then count me in," Duncan wrote on X late last month.

    > "Since Donald Trump refused to accept the outcome of the 2020 election, Republicans have yet to course correct. The Republican Party with Trump at its helm continues down the path of political extremism, away from focusing on our fundamental freedoms," Giles wrote in an op-ed published by The Arizona Republic on Monday.

  10. We need to Barry Bonds it out of the park, GOP is going to pull a lot of fuckery.

  11. Having somebody have our backs and looking out for our country is comforting. The Harris ticket is good. I’m looking forward to VP pick. Governor of Minnesota has managerial skills + served in our military. And what’s not to like about fighter pilot, astronaut and Senator Kelly? I am so thankful for what we have.

  12. Other former GOP Congress members who endorsed Harris include:

    Rod Chandler of Washington

    Tom Coleman of Missouri

    Dave Emery of Maine

    Wayne Gilchrest of Maryland

    Jim Greenwood of Pennslyvania

    John LeBoutillier of New York

    Susan Molinari of New York

    Jack Quinn of New York

    Denver Riggleman of Virginia

    Claudine Schneider of Rhode Island

    Christopher Shays of Connecticut

    Peter Smith of Vermont

    Alan Steelman of Texas

    David Trott of Michigan

    Joe Walsh of Illinois

Other prominent figures in the “Republicans for Harris” program include:

Former U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel
Former U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood
Former GOP state chair and state Senator Chris Vance of Washington
Reed Howard of Young Republicans for Harris
Former Republican National Committee (RNC) delegate Rina Shah.

  13. Biden’s resignation and endorsement of Harris has released the Kraken. Bring it on.

  15. As white, male, conservative catholic who has been a Republican way longer then Trump, I heartly endorse Harris

Too bad I’m not in a swing state. I will be helping drive people to the polls in Virginia. Everyone needs to vote.

  16. Grew up in a conservative environment, voted Repub most of my life. When Trump referred to vets as “losers”, he lost me. Serving your country used to be pretty much automatic for middle class and poor people, aka the draft. Now it is different- I have seen more negative comments about vets after Trump than any time previously. Trump wants to buddy up to the political entities we used to face, during the cold war, as an enemy. Fuck Trump. I’m Harris all the way.

  17. Let them endorse her, **don’t let them pull the party further right.**

Democrats are big tent, but for the love of god they people are demanding progressive economic policies. Tax the rich, fund schools, stop the wars industry , improve workers rights through the NLRB, bolster the FTC to do something about monopolies and punish companies for driving up prices for pure profit.

[Over 50% of the annualized rate of private sector price increases, *inflation*, were due to corporate profits. The average rate between 1979 and 2019 was 11%. ](https://www.epi.org/blog/corporate-profits-have-contributed-disproportionately-to-inflation-how-should-policymakers-respond/)

The corporate oligarchs are lining their pockets with our hard earned money while paying pennies is taxes. **TAX THEM ALREADY**

  18. If you are a Republican it makes sense that you would want to vote for her.

Trump is obviously really really bad for the GOP. He is destroying it.

If he wins he and his cultists will never fucking leave. The GOP will be fucked.
If she wins republicans will only have to “endure” 4 years of her and then the GOP can move on from Trump forever.

Its in everyone’s best interest that Kamala Harris wins this election.

  19. Trump and MAGA in general have ruined whatever good faith and acceptable politics remained in the GOP.

I used to find myself voting Republican for some positions, now I will never trust one and it’s unfortunate.

You’re better off finding someone who aligns themselves with democrats who has more conservative leanings.

  20. Can’t say I blame them. To be honest it makes sense to put her in office and work on preparing a competent republican to take office later.

  21. Why democrats won’t mention John McCain more often and how Trump dishonored his legacy? I feel like this should be something that could sway independents but it feels it’s something that’s been forgotten. Trump praises dictators and talks bad about respectable republicans.
