  1. * medical innovation means you can now lose weight without difficult lifestyle modifications
    * very hard to get an NHS prescription for the product
    * legit private prescriptions super expensive
    * black market steps in and screws everyone
    * shocked pikachu face

  2. Yes, it should be no surprise to anyone that the Ozempic / fake-Ozempic market is BOOMING, and it’s become *the* most popular item available on the dark web.

    Millions of people are massively overweight and now we finally have a way to fix it that doesn’t require hard work or a change in diet.

  3. We had a patient who bought some ozempic off her friend and took the max dose, she vomited for 5 days before coming to A&E with a perforated oesophagus.

    She wasn’t even overweight.

  4. Knew a guy who was a big fat dude, lost loads of weight thanks to these drugs. He didn’t exercise at all, so has a sort of sickly look now, but definite improvement. But also it feels lazy and not worthy of respect

  5. Spent two years trying to get them from the NHS and every time I did what they requested they moved the goal posts of eligibility.

    Can’t afford private, at this point black market jabs are the only option.

  6. Me and the mrs are taking black market semaglutide after privately buying liraglutide and semaglutide. They lie about the doses, but it’s legit shit.
