Russia lost 1,180 more troops, dozens of military equipment in hostilities over past day

Russia continues to suffer heavy losses in its war of invasion in Ukraine. The country’s Armed Forces lost 1,180 troops killed or wounded in action in the past day, The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Monday. This brought the total number of Russia’s losses in Ukraine to 584,090 since the start of full-fledged invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. In a post on its official Facebook page, the General Staff also revealed Russia’s losses in terms of military hardware and equipment during the hostilities in the past day. Thus, Ukrainian troops destroyed six Russian tanks, 31 armored combat vehicles, 31 artillery systems, 69 multiple launch rocket systems, 24 unmanned aerial vehicles, 68 motor vehicles and three special equipment units in the battles over the past day. Overall, Russia has lost 8,417 tanks, 16,286 armored combat vehicles, 16,286 artillery systems, 1,645 multiple launch rocket systems, 910 air defense systems in its war in Ukraine. Among Russia’s losses are also 365 aircraft, 326 helicopters, 13,122 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2,414 cruise missiles, 28 warships and cutters, one submarine, 22,094 motor vehicles, and 2,737 special equipment units.

  2. Putin thought it was still the 1990s. Old, dated equipment. Tired and weak tactics. Ancient ideas and goals such as trying to unite former Soviet/Russian republics. That's fine, but the rest of Earth had already moved into 2024; military modernization, new ideas about who owns what as a country and no more dictators and strongmen.

    Look at the corruption scandals revealed by the Ukrainian Journalist Diana Panchenko. Billions of Dollars distributed for some Ukrainians (not even the biggest part to Selenskyj) to continue the war. And she mentions only the transfers that are proven. That’s all our Tax-Money and debts for future generations in our countries. In Ukrain hundreds of thousands people die. This is inhuman.

  29. With few resources, and without air support, Ukraine inflicts a lot of damage on russian INVADERS. So Putler dream to occupy Kyiv (Hitler's dream a while ago) in 3 days became a full-scale war that lasted 2 years and is still ongoing. This plus Putler cry for help from North Korea, the 5 mil shell and only conquering Avdivka after, the failed Kharkiv Oblast offensive operation in the last few months show how bad Putler is doing. The only chance for Putler is for Trump to stop the support of Ukraine! A slow and late arriving support almost always because of old Biden and not-so-smart Republicans. If US support in Ukraine fails, it will send the message to China to attack Taiwan, which is the perfect time because the US can't support its ally.
    If Trump supplies Ukraine, in 2 years Putler will be forced to retreat. So far not one of the capitals of the regions Putler wants are not conquered. And anyway, all the SMALL cities Putler conquered are wiped out, with not much left so it is extremely costly to rebuild and without EU money is almost impossible. China is paying only 30% of what the EU paid before the war/invasion
