16. Come on now – this is at best a nuisance operation, a PR operation at worst. Anyone seriously think that Ukrainians could take and hold positions of any value? Ukrainians are in no position to extend out the front line. Something like this will not draw reinforcement from elsewhere nor change a positions of strength in peace negotiation. Time will tell.
