They were probably eating some watermelons or carrots they stole from a farm near by when they were surprised by the Ukrainians. And they did not resist because Ukrainians let them keep the vegetables…
Kremlin bots be like “nacizts surrendering to Russians” and then the western vatniks will have opioid overdose.
Wouldn’t be the first time they reused footage this way.
Bloody hell orcs with brains
That’s like, most of a platoon isn’t it?
These are likely conscripted soldiers they have to keep in Russia.
Doubt they are trained much or have much fight.
My uneducated guess.
since these dudes were so far away from the front in relatively safe area they were probably mobilized or forced to sign a contract but were wealthy enough to bribe their way into the rear positions.
Obviously they didn’t want to nor expect ever to fight.
Shouldn’t they just off them and be done with it? Why would they bring rapists and filty war criminals to civilized country with indoor toilets?
Every single captured russian soldier, conscript or not, reduce the number of killed ukrainian cilvilians and soldiers. Слава Україні
Notice how they were all IN TACT. We’ve seen the opposite of that happen when roles were reversed. I think we already knew who the good guys were in this conflict but this is just a lil more evidence. One side displays humanity. The other side disposes of it.
Seeing such footage, I always try to imagine how it would feel to surrender to your enemy. It must be so fucking stressful not knowing what will happen, putting yourself under complete control of those you had tried to kill. In this war, Russians have one thing to be happy about: they’re not the ones surrendering to Russians…
Smart thing to do
They weren’t very keen on defending the motherland, were they?😅
Looks like one lad had a lovely antique 1968-vintage steel helmet as well.
In the early days of the invasion, Russians surrendered in droves. Then the leadership remembered the days of Stalin and the use of blocking units. Perhaps in this region the system of blocking units hasn’t been implemented yet.

They probably had to bribe an officer to station them outside of Ukraine, thinking they would be able to get through the war without problems.
The person you hear commenting over the video is an actual Russian from RVC
What’s the point in taking prisoners when the Russians are awful to their prisoners. Turn the drones off and line em up pew pew
Ukraine should start making Thunder runs into ruZZia and ultimately to MOSCOW.
