The first image is the main one. It’s a sauna in my room. This hotel has automated check in after hours and I got in very late so I can’t ask anyone at the desk. I just need to crank this to the coldest possible setting. The second image is something in the bathroom and I’m just at a loss at what that does. Appreciate any feedback

First picture: the setting is in “Off”.
The Switch on the left with o and l needs to Go to “l” to Switch it on.
You have it correctly on the loest setting.
In the second picture: Turn the wheel to the snowcristal Symbol.
