I would put Iceland just on sole expierience I had with them. Only friendlier people I met were in Finland (all drunk but ultra friendly in case of finnish)

Denmark. They’re friendly by Nordic standards but won’t hug just anyone. Just the right people. If you’re hugged by a Dane it’s well desrved.
I’d say Spain, too. They are a really nice bunch from what I can tell, but don’t go around crying in your ears all the time like the Italians do.
