  1. Hmm including Wolverhampton with Birmingham ok, but only including Bolton with Manchester – seems a bit odd.

  2. How come sheff and Roth is so big yet so poor and backwards.

Am from Roth so not shitting on it, genuinely what went wrong.
Ok am shitting on it a bit

  3. The Wirral is a high heel shoe.

Sheffield is a surprised chicken. Surprised because next to it is Glasgow, a roast chicken

Middlesborough is a fat man standing next to a tall poodle.

Bristol is an angry fish chomping on some food.

    Any more?

  4. It’s worth pointing out that this data is very old (2006) and for some reason doesn’t include the area that is now BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole) it is a continuous conurbation (was in 2006 and still is now) and is 162km2.

  5. The Newcastle one isn’t accurate firstly because Newcastle is only one component and not even the only city in the conurbation. Secondly they don’t seem to have included either Sunderland or the parts of County Durham that are continuous with the built up area – in places the difference between Gateshead and County Durham is crossing a residential street.
