It should be illegal to own both a media company and be a political. This is direct conflict of interest. Same as being an MP and owning a polling company
Why would a Tory try to take over the Torygraph? It’s already theirs.
Honestly, I can’t see it being owned by a Tory changing much. And I’d rather it be owned (directly at least) by a British scumbag than a Russian or American scumbag.
