  1. The competition between her, Moon and the Canadian was impressive. Congrats to her for emerging the Champion.

    That was a long event…

Nina was the clear best on the day, her focus was great.

So happy for Alysha Newman!!! She had a pretty bad ankle injury earlier this year and persevered. 🇨🇦

  3. ESPN picking the most provocative picture possible.

You can’t win everything, fellas. Although today it sure feels like we can – sitting pretty in third on that tally! (The real one, not the fake ‘most medals’ one.)

  4. Brilliant competition, so proud of Nina after her injury disappointment in Tokyo! Australia’s first ever Gold in women’s pole vault, and now a record breaking haul of 18 for this Olympics!

  5. Why was the US commentator repeating “RING MY BELL KENNEDY” as she rang the huge victory bell just now…..

  6. She was on the ball today, most competitive by a country mile. Everyone else was happy to clear and keep progressing but she was there for only one medal today

  7. She was very competitive and to someone neutral a bit over the top with her antics. But some athletes are just like that. Moon seemed so chill and nice in comparison haha

  8. She was by far the best one the sec she started I was sure she’d win but the others were amazing too just not as her

  9. It is extra special for her and Straya. First women’s gold in field for us. She beat the very best, what a historical day. Beautiful and strong! We also have the most gold medals in our history. Let’s hope we can win a few more and get the most medals ever.

  10. Can someone PLEASE explain to me how this scoring is done?? USA chick skipped the level the Canadian failed and failed the next level the Australian didn’t overcome. I don’t understand. Mostly how the American got 2nd when her and the Canadian both completed the same levels

  11. I loved when the decided to share a gold at a different event and then it came down to the two of them at the Olympics.
