I am an international student and I willl be starting my masters program at RWTH Aachen.
I have finalized a room in 2 zimmer WG, and have few concerns regarding the rent agreement. I hope someone can help through it.
1st concern :
The said apartment is in Aachen, but the landlady currently lives in Nideggen and she is renting the apartment through a real estate company U1 Immo GmbH. The rent agreement also mentions the name of this 3rd party (U1 Immo GmbH).
Is this a common practice?
Will iit cause any problem for me, in future?
2nd Concern : (see image 1)
It says that any intial defect(s) at the time of takeover is transferred from landlord to tenant. Apartment looks fine as such but what if there is some defect, not visible to naked eye.
Is this a standard practice?
3rd concern : (image 2)
Section 7 says that tenant is liable to pay for any damages incurred by 3rd party.
Is this a standard practice?
