  1. Looks like an old church that has been converted into a Lidl.

  2. I used to work in this Lidl like 20 years ago!  

    It was a pain in the hole, the building is listed so they couldn’t change it as much as they’d have liked.  

    It had no external windows, really narrow aisles with old pillars in the middle of them that blocked the pallet trucks and we had to use a shitty bailer instead of a screw compactor for the waste cardboard, because we couldn’t get the compactor installed.  

  3. Pretty sure I’ve walked up Slieve Donard from there (this was before the fires).

  4. It’s twinned with Aldi’s Camberwick Green branch.

  5. I want a lidl in the traditional style of Neuschwanstein. This is just a poor replica.
