  1. Venezuelan here, why don't you call things the way they are? Everyone knew Maduro would fake the election results in his favor before we went to vote, the opposition party collected all proof that Edmundo Gonzales won. They want to steal the presidency and we won't let them get away with this.

  2. Hopefully the will of the people will be carried out and the actual result of the election established and respected. It seems almost certain that Maduro did not get the majority of the vote – he should stop cheating his people and step down.

  3. As part of a new coup attempt in Venezuela, the US has recognized opposition leader Edmundo González as supposed president, after Trump tried to impose puppet Juan Guaidó in 2019. The State Department cited only US government-funded sources to accuse President Maduro of "electoral fraud".

  4. ICC sent over 900 staff to oversee the election. The USA makes it seem that there were two candidates running yet there were 10 candidates running and 8 of the candidates agreed with the outcome except for the one backed by the USA who received less than 13% of the vote.

  5. The Americans derailed an electoral process in Haiti, in 2010, to impose their guy as president; thus contributing to make an already bad situation worse. Now, the country is dying.

Venezuelans, I mean the progressive ones, are well aware of that and should do whatever they can to protect their homeland.

  6. Whoever has the armed forces loyalty will win. All these protesting will not amount to anything, unless the military withdraws their support on Maduro. That's how it usually goes, in dictator run countries.

  7. What the news fail to mention is that the electoral organization and the Supreme Court are all under Maduro’s control. It is important that international news highlight this fact otherwise the efforts of the Venezuelan people are belittled.

  8. They can protest all they want it doesnt matter it will take them nowhere as longer the army and the police are on the side of the Chavistas that what count! So uncle Sam sorry but the oil you're desperate to grab is far reach

  9. The United States is always on the wrong side of freedom, they only want whoever they choose to be in government to plunder the country's weath and other resources, Donald Trump says it clearly.

  10. Revolution is the only chance Venezuela to get out of poverty.
And now if the best chance, because US and Europe is looking for an alternative for Russian oil.

  11. Standing out on the streets won't change anything. It did not work for the past decade. They need to shut down the country, target the oil and energy sectors infrastructure to remove the regime's means to fund their government and security forces. Make the country ungovernable.

  12. The CIA failed again. 😂 Maduro is a nightmare for the arsonist of world revolution. The vast oil fields of Venezuela will be going to the Brics of China and Russia again😢😭
