  1. Boeing just keeps hitting home runs, doesn’t it?

Its stock is down by half in the last five years, and it currently has two astronauts stranded in space.

  2. Honestly, this should be considered misappropriation of funds as the writing was all over the walls that Boeing was shitting the bed and that their culture has turned them into a MBAs wet dream instead of an Engineer’s.

Gonna be a rough one watching Boeing flop around cause it’s a massive company that is gonna take a lot of time, energy, and money to overcome bad culture inertia.

  3. Whodathunk the world renowned ruby red Louisiana education system wouldn’t be capable of producing qualified aerospace workers? Who possibly could have seen that coming?!

  4. …I was gonna joke that Boeing were clearly mad they couldn’t make it in Vietnam but frankly the vietnamese are _wicked_ smart and would’ve probably delivered something that doesn’t vent fuel vapors into enclosed spaces filled with cables running a high risk of melting.

  5. And whose fault is that? It’s the company’s responsibility to train the employees and try to keep the experienced employees around.

Instead scumbag CEOs and their MBA lackeys treat employees as disposable, thinking that can fire the experienced ones to improve numbers for their books, and then rehire when the need arises.
