  1. this is not a political statement, but I LOVE seeing strong women of color win medals and celebrate each other; they compete and then lift each other up — what’s not to love?

(also, Emma Navarro I am calling you out to watch this clip and check your ego!)

  2. The most wholesome podium of this olympic edition so far. I love how they get together to get that selfie and celebrate together. Lovely souls, wish them more success in the future 💗

  3. This is what sport is about. 🥺🥰

Also, the amount of shit the Algerian boxer went through was just so ridiculous. You can tell how *young* all of them are. They are babies. She didn’t deserve that garbage. Nobody does.

  4. Great to see. Glad that while some competitors decided to be petty after a loss, most decided to acknowledge the fact that this is competition and they were bested while simultaneously celebrating silverware.

  5. How I hope that Taiwan and China’s relationship could be so cordial and respectful in real life like those athletes as well, sigh.

  6. The best part of watching sports is the sportsmanship. I love to see their genuine pride they have in themselves and spreading it to their competition. Man I’m really going to miss the olympics:(.

  7. It’s so funny (sad) how the whole world is arguing about what specific biological features Khalif has, meanwhile her & her competitors are just having a great time celebrating their sport and achievements together.

That’s what the Olympics are all about.

  8. If her opponents have no issues accepting their defeat and her win, none of us should. As simple as that.

  9. This honestly made me cry after so much she went through and continues to. I hope Imane stays off the internet for a while. Happy for her and all of them!

  10. Well, as a Chinese I’m still sad we lost the final game, but shout out to her, she won fair and square, tbh I was overwhelmed by the disinformations at the beginning thinking Imane shouldn’t allow to compete, but after I learnt about the whole story from my girlfriend I started to see the whole picture

  11. Sportsmanship has definitely been on full display in Paris and I love to see the athletes getting along.

  12. Glad this one went well, but I don’t wanna imagine what’s gonna be like after the women’s 57 kg final (with the Taiwanese boxer) given how it went with her two prior matches.

  13. Can’t wait for it to happen again later today!

What’s that? *2 athletes already showed signs of disrespect towards Lin Yu Ting?*

    …Oh.

At least the one from the philippines is cool?
