6. He doesn’t have hard-working mindset. His dribbling is flashy but useless, for a winger relatively slow, mid ball controll and not the best positioning without the ball. Same goes for passing. One can argue that his shooting is his stronger trait but even that can be greatly improved.

   All things considered he should’ve never been bought in the first place. A mediocre player can offset his disadvantages by working hard which he isn’t doing.

I would say it’s confidence being an issue but I just think it’s just a steep decline in quality. Just confusing. Ten hag had no reason NOT to trust him at first. Now they have to make use of the player they spent so much on.

23. What’s with United players and giving such easy banter pre season for everyone

24. Sometimes a player is in a bad football situation for them and despite being poor, you can see they have some qualities, just not a situation where they can give a best version of that.

    Antony doesn’t even have that, unfortunately. When I’ve seen him at United, I’ll give him some credit in that he puts an absolute shift in defensively, gets back to help and tracks his man. But that’s it. He’s a winger who can’t get past a man through pace or trickery, he can’t create any separation from an opponent to create a chance, not particularly skillful, not particularly creative in terms of vision or passing.

    Literally has a rocket of a left boot that pops off with a screamer twice a season.

    Guys, I think Antony might actually be a left back, just no one told him.

25. The biggest flop in UTD’s history, is predicting a worldly season for himself. He couldn’t beat eggs.
