Why Prince George, 11, WON’T go to secondary school in September & where Kate will ‘likely’ pick

UNLIKE many 11-year-olds around the country, Prince George won’t be going to secondary school in September.

The young royal will instead continue his education at Lambrook School, where he currently attends alongside Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six.

The Berkshire-based prep school educates children up to the age of 13 (Year 8), meaning George will have two years before he moves on to his next school.

While the palace hasn’t confirmed his next place of education, Editor-in-Chief of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward claims there is a “very likely” next school for Prince George.

Speaking to Fabulous, she claimed: “They [William and Kate] will have their choice of schools, and they can look at as many as they like, and they don’t actually have to make a choice nearly as early as anyone else would. So they have that advantage.

  1. Mercia police have dressed up like Hagar the Horrible and locked themselves in a bunker at maxstoke
George has no time for school hes going to be busy coaxing Hilton out if this commoner dead end

  2. It’s not precedent that the males in the RF attend Eton. The only current members of the RF who went to Eton are William and Harry. King Charles was sent to Gordonstoun, as well as Prince Edward and Zara Tindall and Peter Phillips. George will attend the school that his parents determine will be best for HIM. And it won’t be because of tabloid and chatter head speculation….

  3. I would have assumed Eton was a given since it's across the river from Windsor. Plus, George could go as a day student. He doesn't have to board.
Eton also is co-ed so Charlotte could attend as well. Boarding or not, it is really convenient for location.

  4. I think we can all be assured that Prince William and Princess Catherine, as parents, will choose a school that they believe Prince George will thrive and strive in knowing his personality and level of academic prowess. They seem to be raising such bright, respectful and happy children, and I think they should be applauded for the way in which they have balanced their children's privacy along with introducing them to the duties of royalty. I feel confident that Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will show the world how wonderful a "spare" can live a life of purpose and duty. Prince George seems like a fine boy who is learning the lessons he will need to become an heir-in waiting when his father finally assumes the throne. Prince William may have lost his "wing man" in Harry, but he seems to have a close and loving relationship with his children who I expect will be there with their Mum to support him when he becomes King. They are a lovely family!

  5. Eton may have been too much for Harry, but Diana' fear of people perceiving him being stupid has been played out by his own words and actions. If only she had worn that seatbelt, Harry would be married to a lovely British woman, settled down and happily doing his military charitable work.

  6. Why so many "Royal comentators" don't respect the Princess and call her Kate still? she and Prince William had make clear she prefers Catherine, been they british I would think they could respect that.
